Speaking Of Louisville ...

- From the first moment that our team arrived in Louisville, we were not only amazed by the first class facilities that this great city offers, but witnessed the genuine, warm hospitality that has been shown to us over and over again by its people and its leadership. Louisville has demonstrated that they have the infrastructure to handle all sizes and events, small and large, while exceeding the needs of its show mangers, exhibitors and attendees. Larry Schur, ABC Kids Expo, President at All Baby & Child, Inc.

- Louisville and the Kentucky Exposition Center are a good fit for the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX). We are excited for the move, as it’s an attractive destination for our show’s participants (both attendees & exhibitors) from an economic and location standpoint. Recognized as one of the top 10 most affordable cities to host a tradeshow, in addition to Louisville’s central location and proximity to boatbuilding plants, ultimately drove our decision to relocate IBEX to the Kentucky Exposition Center in September 2010.

- Louisville outshines glitzier convention cities with affordable hotels and state-of-the-art meeting facilities in the heart of a thriving downtown that’s only ten minutes away from the airport and a homegrown hospitality that tells you they’re proud to have you visit. Larry Schur

"After careful study, Louisville, KY was chosen as the host city for NYC 2011....Louisville met the needs of our event sufficiently, but then went beyond what even our highest expectations could have been in interacting with our leadership staff and attendees....Every step along the way, our hosts answered each question we had while exhibiting the signature southern hospitality that Louisville is known for the world over. In addition, our staff consistently heard glowing comments from attendees and leaders impressed with the service and hospitality of the city. It is with great pleasure that we offer our highest recommendation for the city of Louisville and its venues, staff and citizens. Our event was benefitted in more ways than one could count, thanks to our excellent host city."

Gary Hartke Director Nazarene Youth International

"Louisville's welcoming atmosphere, combined with many cultural offerings and culinary delights, satisfies the varied interests of our attendees. Balancing positive experiences for professional meetings and social activities makes the perfect package."

Mary Alexander, MA, RN, CRNI, CAE, FAAN Chief Executive Officer Infusion Nurses Society

“I have attended conferences in Louisville as both an attendee and conference organizer. In either circumstance the results were extremely satisfying. The Louisville CVB and its hotel partners promise terrific events and consistently deliver rewarding experiences.”
