The Visit Connection team utilizes Passkey, a program that enables accurate management of room inventory. Visit Connection will work directly with participating hotels to ensure blocks are created with proper room type breakdowns and rates. This integration allows your attendees to make reservations quickly and efficiently via a link posted on your association's website. Dynamic content such as hotel pictures, listings of amenities, and maps can also be served to your attendees when they go to book their accommodations.
Speaking Of Charlotte ...

The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority is an excellent resource when I was planning two meetings in the city. The CRVA was very active from the RPF phase through the end of both conferences. Their services team was organized, willing to assist and available to help with site visits, vendor recommendations, meeting promotion and onsite services. The convention center along with the hotel package fit our groups nicely with entertainment and dining all within walking distance.

Charlotte was a beautiful location for our church conference. The downtown is beautiful and restaurants abound near the convention center. The best part were the exceptionally helpful people we worked with from VisitCharlotte as well as from the convention center and hotels. Staff in Charlotte were among the most gracious ones we have worked with and were always willing to “go the extra mile"

Chris Douglas Director of Conference Office Church of the Brethren

I'm still glowing from the wonderful and informative introduction to Charlotte. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Everyone we met was helpful and informed. Even though I live in NC, I learned a lot about a city and a part of the state I usually only pass through (making connections at the airport) on my way elsewhere.

The Charlotte Convention Center was a superb setting for the internationally attended Specialty Coffee Association of America Conference & Exhibition. The Center staff was the most professional, caring, follow-thorough-oriented, "Yes We Can" team with whom I have ever had the pleasure of producing a show. After 25 years as a producer of major conferences and events, I have finally had the ultimate experience of working with an entire city hospitality team that was an A+ experience at every step of the way.

Jeanne B. Sleeper President, JBS & Associates Show Management for the Specialty Coffee Association of America

Our annual meeting held in Charlotte received rave reviews from attendees about the destination. Our delegates, comprised of researchers and scientists from around the globe, remarked on the convenient flight access, affordable hotel options all walkable to the convention center, terrific restaurants and cuisine, and charming customer service. In particular, everyone was thrilled with the NASCAR Hall of Fame where we held our Welcome Reception. Thank you, Charlotte, for making me look good! I’m still taking my victory lap!
