"The most memorable thing about San Antonio is the people. People in the city are friendly and helpful. The Bureau representatives go out of their way to be sure that no detail is overlooked. The hoteliers and Convention Center staff go above and beyond to be sure that all attendees have everything they need.
Convenience is important to people planning a meeting and to those attending a meeting. San Antonio is a wonderful city for convention attendees and meeting planners alike. Everything a convention attendee needs is within walking distance. The hotels are close to the Convention Center. Shopping is close to the convention center. Restaurants and the Riverwalk are close to the Convention Center. Additional meeting rooms are close to the Convention Center. Even History (the Alamo) is close to the Convention Center.
The Riverwalk hosts restaurants, shops , water taxis , and tourists. The splendid weather and the Hispanic influence contribute to the holiday feeling.
And in these economic times, San Antonio stands out because it is so economical. San Antonio is a city that is caring, friendly , unique and affordable. It is a wonderful city for a convention.
Thanks for making me and my staff look good. We appreciate all the extra time and effort you put into helping to make this session one of the most memorable in recent years."

"The city of San Antonio is like visiting your favorite relatives. Everyone we worked with from the CVB and hotels to the cashier in the mall gift shop are so welcoming and accommodating. The San Antonio CVB really made us feel like we were the most important group in town. It was like they give us a great big hug when we arrived!"
