Top Reasons (To Choose Our Destination)

  • Our people make the difference! From airport greeters to River Walk Amigo’s, you will be treated like family. It’s part of our culture so it comes naturally, but we’ve also put it in writing with our “in the Heart Meetings” pledge – our hospitality community is united in the promise to deliver a successful event for every client.
  • Unparalleled networking opportunities set San Antonio apart. Our compact downtown provides close proximity between venues and hotels, but the even bigger benefit is our famed River Walk, also known as “the world’s largest hotel lobby.” Attendees eat, drink, meet, walk and talk along its vibrant banks. Connections are made, updates are shared, news is given and business gets done in a fun, friendly and best of all, free, setting, providing immeasurable value to your meeting.
  • Unique hotels, venues and attractions offer a great selection of meeting and event space options. San Antonio offers an abundance of cultural and historic venues situated alongside modern cosmopolitan spaces to provide the perfect backdrop for your meeting or event. A wide variety of hotels from boutique to name brands accommodate board meetings up to city-wides and three world-class resorts provide even more choices to consider. And hundreds of walkable restaurants and offbeat venues with private space allow for the luxury of hosting an out-of-the-ordinary event.
